Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance.
You are kindly requested to call us on 269-1500 to confirm availability before proceeding with the booking.
A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Resident Permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
Booking Confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival.

Le Saint Aubin Restaurant

Built in 1819, the Domaine de Saint Aubin is a stunning example of colonial-era architecture. Once home to the owners of the sugar plantations, it is now recognized as a key piece of our national architectural heritage. Located just a few miles north of Souillac, on the road to Rivière des Anguilles, the domaine has been transformed into the Saint Aubin Restaurant, offering a menu of local and authentic cuisine.

All products at the Saint Aubin Restaurant are exceptionally fresh, sourced from the local area and its surroundings. Fruits and vegetables are either procured from the vibrant local market or harvested from the restaurant's own vegetable patch, while palm kernels are handpicked directly from the estate’s gardens.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, the Saint Aubin Restaurant promises a remarkable culinary experience that delights the senses. It also caters to special events, making it the perfect venue for birthdays, seminars, year-end celebrations, and weddings.
